What is JENPAS UG 2022?

JENPAS UG stands for Joint Entrance Test for Nursing, Paramedical and Allied Sciences Under Graduate Courses. It is a state-level entrance exam. West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) conducts the common entrance test and counselling for admission into the following Undergraduate Courses of Nursing and Paramedical & Allied Sciences for the academic session 2021-22 in various institutes in West Bengal. JENPAS UG exam is conducted to facilitate admissions in courses such as:

JENPAS UG 2021 Eligibility

Before filling the online application form, candidates must ensure that they meet the WBJEE JENPAS UG Eligibility Criteria 2022. The following are some points about the JENPAS UG qualifying criteria.:
Nationality: Candidates must possess Indian nationality.
Age Limit: Candidates age must be 17 years or more than that. And upper age limit should vary from course to course as:

  • For BSc Nursing and BPT: No upper age
  • For BASLP: Not more than 25 years as of 31 December 2022.
  • For BMLT: Not more than 40 Years as of 31 December 2022.

JENPAS UG 2021 Admission Process

JENPAS UG 2022  admission process consists of five steps which involve application and counselling. Below are the steps of the admission process:

Step 2: Download JENPAS UG 2022 Admit Card

Step 3: Appear for JENPAS UG 2022 Exam

Step 4: Check JENPAS UG 2022 Result

Step 5: Attend JENPAS UG 2022 Counselling

 

JENPAS 2022 Application Form

The application form for JENPAS UG 2022 was accessible at wbjeeb.nic.in. Candidates have to first register for the exam by giving information such as their name, father's name, mother's name, date of birth, and gender, after which they will receive login information. Using your WBJEE JENPAS UG login credentials, you need to fill in personal information, educational qualification information, and submit pictures as specified. Candidates have to pay the appropriate application fee and submit the form upon completion of the application procedure. At the time of WBJEE JENPAUH 2022 registration, you must submit your legitimate contact number and email address.

Candidates may pay the JENPAS application fee using a debit/credit card or through net banking.

 

JENPAS 2022 Admit Card

Candidates will be allowed to get their admit cards for JENPAS UG 2021 online by using their application number and password/date of birth on the official website i.e.wbjeeb.nic.in. Candidates will have to download and print their admit card. They need to  show the admit card at the centre along with a valid picture id proof. The admission card for JENPAS 2022 comprises the candidate's name, roll number, picture, signature, examination date, time, and test centre. JENPAS 2022 admit card will be released on May 6 to May 15.

For every correct answer, candidates will get 2 marks and for each wrong answer 0.5 marks will be deducted

 

JENPAS UG 2021 Results

The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB) will announce the JENPAS result 2022 via an online method. The result will be published at wbjeeb.nic.in. Candidates may get their WBJEE JENPAS UG result 2022 by logging in as a candidate. They must provide their application number, password, and date of birth. The JENPAS UG 2022 result will be available in the form of a Rank Card. 

JENPAS UG 2022 Counselling

JENPAS 2022 Counseling Procedure will be conducted by the authority for eligible candidates of the written examination. Counselling will be done in rounds based on the number of available seats following each round of counselling. Candidates will be allowed to take the examination solely online.

The seats will be distributed according to the candidates' positions on the merit list. Before counselling and seat distribution, the board will also announce on its website the availability of seats per course and institute. Numerous universities undertake their own admissions counselling.

JENPAS 2022 Counselling Procedure

JENPAS 2022 counselling process involves several steps which are mentioned below:

  • Online Registration: Candidates must first register for the counselling rounds online. The website will have a registration link. Navigate to the URL and enter your roll number, password, and security pin to log in.
  • Payment of Registration Fee: When enrolling for the counselling procedure, candidates must pay a registration fee. The price for counselling is Rs 500/-. Candidates can pay the cost using a debit/credit card or through net banking.
  • Choice Filling and Locking: Following registration and fee payment, applicants must select a course and college online. Candidates may also pick more than one course or college. Candidates must prioritise their selections by placing their most desired choice at the top and their least preferred alternatives below. Candidates must lock their selections after they have made their decision. After you've locked the selections, you won't be able to modify them.
  • Rounds of Counselling: Candidates for round I of counselling will be summoned in the order of merit. Following the round, I, applicants who did not get seats, whose allocation was revoked, or who opted for an upgrade are eligible to compete in round 2. Candidates who did not participate in previous rounds or whose seats were cancelled previously will be assigned seats in round 3.
  • Seat Allotment: Candidates can check their seat allocation online via the website. Following the counselling rounds, candidates would be assigned seats at various institutions temporarily.
